We are currently hiring a Financial Operations Associate to join our expanding Hong Kong team!

Based in our Central office, you’ll work closely with our global Accounting, Investment, and Business Strategy teams, supporting cross-border operations in a dynamic, high-performing, and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Accounting Operations: Manage daily bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
     
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, prepare client billing, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely settlements.
     
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing management reports, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
     
  • Investment Administration: Support documentation, capital movement tracking, and portfolio data coordination across regions.
     
  • Tax & Compliance: Assist with Hong Kong and international tax filings, ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
     
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance financial workflows and reporting efficiency within the Hong Kong office.
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit, ideally within financial services or consulting.
     
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
     
  • Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems (Xero preferred).
     
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, reporting standards, and tax compliance.
     
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus).
     
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; able to work both independently and as part of a global team.

We are hiring a Client Manager to join our expanding Hong Kong team!

Based in our Central office, you’ll work closely with our global investment, advisory, and operations teams to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, entrepreneurs, and institutional investors. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in client growth and engagement within a global platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients through consistent communication and tailored financial solutions.
     
  • Wealth Advisory Support: Understand clients’ investment goals and risk profiles, providing insights across global equities, bonds, digital assets, and alternative investments.
     
  • Portfolio Coordination: Collaborate with internal analysts and product teams to prepare customized investment proposals and performance reviews.
     
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities across Hong Kong and Mainland China, leveraging the firm’s global network and cross-border investment capabilities.
     
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client onboarding, KYC, and account activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
     
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends and investment products to provide clients with up-to-date advice and strategies.
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
     
  • 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
     
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver personalized financial solutions.
     
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets (experience in digital assets or cross-border investments is a plus).
     
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
     
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong business development and problem-solving skills.
     
  • SFC License (Type 1 or Type 9) preferred but not mandatory.
