 Frank Yan serves as the Head of Risk & Compliance at Ginger Tiger Group, where he leads the firm’s efforts in enterprise risk management, legal compliance, internal control, and regulatory strategy across global markets. With a meticulous and forward-thinking approach, Frank plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity, transparency, and resilience of the company’s operations.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University and a Master’s degree in International Trade from the Business School at the University of New South Wales in Australia. His unique academic background, combining rigorous technical training with a deep understanding of global commerce, allows him to bridge operational realities with legal precision.

Prior to joining Ginger Tiger Group, Frank held senior roles in multinational corporations and investment advisory firms, where he gained extensive experience navigating complex regulatory environments and cross-border compliance challenges. He is particularly adept at building scalable risk frameworks that align with business growth, while ensuring adherence to evolving international standards.
