Jason Li is the Partner for Greater China at Ginger Tiger Group, responsible for overseeing and expanding the firm’s business operations across Mainland China and Hong Kong. With deep roots in the region and a strong global perspective, Jason plays a key leadership role in shaping market strategy, client development, and regional investment initiatives.

Mr. Li holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Peking University, one of China’s most prestigious institutions. His academic foundation, coupled with more than 15 years of experience in financial services and strategic consulting, allows him to navigate the complex regulatory, cultural, and investment landscapes of Greater China with confidence and precision.

Before joining Ginger Tiger Group, Jason held senior management roles at several top-tier financial institutions and cross-border investment firms, where he led landmark projects involving capital markets, private equity, and high-net-worth client solutions. His career has been marked by a consistent ability to build trust-based partnerships, drive cross-border transactions, and deliver long-term value to clients in both the public and private sectors.

At Ginger Tiger Group, Jason leads the Greater China business with a strong focus on local insight, global connectivity, and regulatory alignment. He is particularly passionate about helping Chinese clients access international opportunities, while also bringing overseas capital and innovation into China’s dynamic markets.
