Jingjie Lou is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Ginger Tiger Group

With over 30 years of experience in global investment, corporate leadership, and cross-border entrepreneurship, Ms. Lou brings a unique perspective to capital strategy and wealth management.

Before founding Ginger Tiger Group, Ms. Lou served as the General Manager of Huafeng Group Australia, a diversified enterprise with core operations in manufacturing, capital operations, financial services, and real estate development. She is also the founder of Qingdao Huafenglin Packaging Co., Ltd., which became one of the leading packaging material manufacturers in the Qingdao Development Zone, with integrated capabilities in pulp production, corrugated paper manufacturing, and packaging solutions.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Lou held key roles at Taiwan Glass as a Key Account Manager, where she managed corporate clients in the Shandong region, and began her professional journey as a Process Engineer at Qingdao No. 9 Rubber Company, eventually leading production for Double Star’s breakdancing shoes as Line Leader and Workshop Manager.

Ms. Lou holds an MBA from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Defense Technology.

She is known for her sharp investment acumen in equities, bonds, and digital assets, with a strong focus on global asset allocation and long-term value creation.
