Lucy Lu is the Director of Administration & Operations at Ginger Tiger Group, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations, internal administration, executive support, and cross-departmental coordination. Lucy joined Ginger Tiger Group in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a prior role at a leading global investment bank. There, she was known for her operational precision, strong execution capabilities, and ability to support high-performance teams in fast-paced financial environments.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sydney, where she cultivated both her global business acumen and her passion for organizational management. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset, Lucy is instrumental in streamlining company workflows, enhancing operational resilience, and supporting the leadership team in project implementation and compliance adherence.
