 Manwei Lou is the Chief Financial Officer of Ginger Tiger Group, overseeing all aspects of Accounting, Operations, Corporate Strategy, Tax, and Treasury. As a founding member of the leadership team, she joined the company in 2022 and has played a pivotal role in shaping its financial architecture and long-term strategic direction.

With a strong background in finance and operational management, Ms. Lou brings both analytical rigor and practical insight to the group’s cross-border activities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Sydney and is known for her disciplined approach to financial governance, compliance, and capital efficiency.

Her leadership is instrumental in supporting Ginger Tiger Group’s global growth and sustainable value creation.
